Get a Library Card

Browse, read newspapers & magazines, and use the computers without a library card.

To check out books and movies you must have a library card.

Library cards are free to residents of Kiowa County. Fill out an application at the front desk.

You must present:

  1. Photo ID
  2. Mail to verify your current address
  3. Local reference name and phone number (someone not living in the same residence)

Parents must apply on behalf of children under the age of 18 years. Children must be 6 years of age before they can have their own library card.
