To Check Out Books And Movies You Must Have A Library Card.
Library cards are free to residents of Kiowa County. Fill out an application at the front desk.
You Must Show:
- Photo ID
- Utility Bill (gas, water, or electric) with your name and address on it to verify where you live.
- Local reference name and phone number (someone not living in the same residence and who lives in Hobart)
Parents must apply on behalf of children under the age of 18 years. Children must be 6 years of age before they can have their own library card.
